Funeral of Fr Paul Golding SDB
It was a real privilege for a group of eight Blaisdon Past Pupils to be
able to attend the funeral today (14/9/2004) of Father Paul Golding SDB at the Mary Help
of Christians' Church at Farnborough.
Most of these eight were those who were under Father Paul's care on the Stud
Farm and some had recently been able to visit Father Paul at Nazareth House,
shortly before he died.
Fr Sean was able to relate to us how touched Father Paul was that these boys,
from 60 years ago, had come to visit him.
Fr Paul died on 5th September 2004, shortly after his 84th birthday.
